She founded Wellington Road Art Studios in 2011. 10 years later, it has grown into a thriving artistic community centred around the value and necessity of providing time and space for creativity, connection and joy. Currently home to 7 creative practices (3 represented at Wirral MakeFest).
“Beauty enriches our world in ways that cannot be counted. Nature was my playground and my solace as a child, so when I began working with the supple, robust adaptability of willow, I immediately knew I had come home. As a material, it magically transforms into resilient, radiant structures that nurture, enrich and support our lives.”
