Delighted to be joined by Play Play Play Press. Riso printing is a relatively environmentally friendly form of (digital) printing when compared to other processes in terms of energy consumption, materials used, and efficiency of the process.
Riso inks are soy and water based, and riso master sheets are made in part from banana skins 🙂
Riso prints onto uncoated paper, which is more sustainable and friendlier than coated papers (which can often be coated in plastic and varnishes). New to Wirral MakeFest.
